  Delivery to most areas within the Delta: 300 EGP
  Delivery to remote areas such as Upper Egypt and the Red Sea: from 500 EGP
  Receipt on the same or next day, all days of the week except Friday.
  Pickup from branch: Free.
  Delivery within Cairo and Giza: 150 EGP.
  

  Return

  When returning the product, please ensure that all accessories for the order are in good condition and that the product is in its packaging. If you created a password for the device you wish to recover, please make sure to remove it, otherwise the request will not be completed correctly.
  The product will not be accepted again if one of the following conditions is missing:
  

  • If the product is used, damaged or not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Password on the device.
  • There is no sales receipt to confirm that you purchased it from Trust Used.
  • If the return is requested outside the specified time frame of 14 days for defective or non-compliant products from the day of receipt.
  • Anything missing from the package you received including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and accessories
  • The full amount paid will be refunded or the product will be replaced with any other product, whether the same model or another.
